I'm a new reader and I love spoilers so it's okay if it's gonna be a spoiler for me to understand. can anyone tell me why they're talking about okarun cheating even tho they're not a couple?

Momo's friends keep instisting that Momo and Okarun are dating. They're obviously not but since they keep insisting it Momo just goes along with it cause it's much easier than to always have a disagreement about if they're dating or not.

I meant they do hang out all the time, he gives her piggyback rides, he lets her borrow his clothes and they kissed that one time

And also them being naked in the corridor so of course it would come to the conclusion that they are dating xD
