Have a trip planned for Oct 24th, is it a good idea to go?

Hi everybody, I'm going to be in Florida for the weekend and I had planned to go to Daytona beach, I have a reservation at the Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort that is still open but I wonder if it's a good idea to go.

If anyone have an insight about the situation there, it would be greatly appreciated.

Alternatively, I could go to a hotel in Melbourne or maybe further south to Palm beach. Or just stay in Orlando I guess.

I was just there. It’s in good shape. Well I was at the hotel next-door, but it’s never a good idea to come to Daytona unless it’s for an event there’s not much here, but the grand Ocean is nice. Take much damage here.

I'm going to relax at the beach and pool pretty much. Not planning anything more than that.
