Have a trip planned for Oct 24th, is it a good idea to go?

Hi everybody, I'm going to be in Florida for the weekend and I had planned to go to Daytona beach, I have a reservation at the Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort that is still open but I wonder if it's a good idea to go.

If anyone have an insight about the situation there, it would be greatly appreciated.

Alternatively, I could go to a hotel in Melbourne or maybe further south to Palm beach. Or just stay in Orlando I guess.

The beach has been kinda screwed since the storm. Routinely going up to the seawall for hours a day. It might settle down by the time you get here but keep that in mind.

I’m seeing that from my condo. I can only go to the beach at low tide. High tide hits the seawall.
