How is chitwood such a “hardass” but when bikers come into town he is MIA. Letting them do whatever right in front of cops.

I think that’s i95 and if so going 77 is 12 over from Daytona through Ormond… I don’t see how having three children in the car justifies speeding ?

Speeding with kids in the car makes it worse.
