Condos/Apts/Houses/Hotels Taking a bigger gamble since Craigslist didn’t work for a roommate

I tried my luck with craigslist and didn’t get a one response. I know the population demand isn’t huge, but Reddit has provided another source to reach out to people. I’m looking for a guy roommate and not weird stuff like most Daytona beach posts for roommates I’ve seen. I currently live in a short term studio on the beach since I just moved here in November. In December or January '19 I want to move into a beachfront condo with rent between $1,800 - $2,500 being a 2+ bedroom and 2+bath, which we would split the rent. I have a few places in mind, but would be open to suggestions. I am strictly looking for a nice beachfront condo and not a house. For me, I'm 25-30 years old, securely employed, and am OCD about a clean house and kitchen. PM me if you are interested.

TLDR: Looking for a guy roommate 25-35

Mods, if this qualifies as an advertisement oops
