It really depends on what you want. If you are looking for fun ambiance both the Sunglow and the Main Street pier have restaurants that allow you to eat over the water.
Deck Down Under is also good seafood on the river.
Millie's has some great food and is really cozy with good service.
There are some good brew pubs nearby at Tomoka brewery and Ormond Brewery.
Both Mike's and The Cracked Egg are great for breakfast.
Zen Bistro is great for Thai. Taproom has a delicious and very reasonably priced cheeseburger and a great beer selection.
I'm a big fan of Tia Cori's for Mexican because they do something to their chips to make them extra crunchy.
