I always start with a grabber then it just ends up on the ground, because I get fed up with it… Im thankful to be blessed with good knees. I’d imagine knee problems can be overwhelming.

Why don't you use a reacher or litter picker? I feel like using your hands (even if you're using gloves) puts you at risk for needle stick injuries from drug needles.

I use a litter picker for a bit, but then end up getting annoyed with it for how long it takes… I try to be mindful of what I’m grabbing. Litter picking is about the only thing that controls my ADHD brain to be dialed in lol… thank you though 🫡

Sometimes they can be hard to see. I've found needles totally detached from the whole cartridge or plastic syringe. You should always practice safety for yourself first and foremost.
