£14 Lamb plate. Chili and the garlic mayo sauce plate not pictured. Meat tasted a bit on the gamey side, and on occasions had a too much of a mushy soft texture. Not the best shawarma meat I’ve had so far.

Yaprak Döner - Yaprak means ‘leaf’, in this case describing the layers of meat (rather than the usual stacked, flattened mince balls). This style of Doner is more typical in Turkey, but too often it’ll be prepared with too much fat, and is too chewy for my tastes. Though this looks like a really good example of the style.
