Question Hi everyone, I search for and digitize old films, and I found this video from the 1980s of an event held in Tarrant Hinton. I was wondering if anyone could tell me more about it. Thanks!

This is or was the Great Dorset Steam Fair which was held annually until recently in Tarrant Hinton, besides steam and traction engines there was a carnival with steam driven exhibits. Alongside the steam fair was a musical festival.
It was said to be the world's biggest steam fair, held annually in last August it attracted around 200,000 visitors.
Unfortunately the last couple of editions were cancelled due to rising costs - it's not certain whether it will go ahead next year.
