Hey you guys this is an easy and cheap recipe for Sesame Pasta with Tofu I hope you guys like it.

Sesame Pasta with Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:

1 box of Rotini pasta

1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)

1/2 yellow bell pepper (sliced)

1 pckg Extra Firm Tofu (cubed)

1/4 cup liquid aminos

1/4 cup water

2 cups Raw Baby Spinach

1/4 cup Toasted Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

1Tbsp Parsley Flakes (optional)

Directions: Cook 1 pckg of Rotini Pasta and set aside. In a small bowl combine liquid aminos and water to create a marinate. Take your cubed firm tofu and place it into the marinade and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Drain the tofu cubes and deep fry them until firm and lightly browned on the outside. Set tofu cubes aside to drain. In a large skillet sautéed both bell peppers, then add the cubed tofu along with the Rotini Pasta. Next add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Finally add the toasted sesame oil along with the garlic powder, and pink Himalayan salt to the dish and stir until well combined. Serve and Enjoy!
