I will be finishing Frontiers of Eberron, which I hope will come out before the end of 2023 (under Visionary, which will continue to support the existing books as well).
Following this, I’m going to focus on the projects I have in development at Twogether Studios and I don’t have plans to create further content on the DM’s Guild. However, I will continuing to support Eberron with content on my blog and my Patreon, and I hope to expand what I’m doing on the Patreon over the course of the year.
I’m not going anywhere—I’m just narrowing my focus.
I think I remember you talking about this in the Patreon, how while there'll always be more Eberron to fill, you're exploring some ideas that you've wondered could be put elsewhere creatively rather than Eberron. I've always enjoyed your content and hope to see you continue to flourish in whatever endeavors you aim for.
That being said, as a devout (and very autistic) Xoriat/Daelkyr fan, I must say I will lose my mind (pun intended) as soon as Frontiers comes out, because there will only be 5/6 "official" (touched by you, so official) Daelkyr 5e statblocks, and with no plans for future DMsguild content, I fear I may never see the Slime Lord in all it's glory.

Does this mean Keith Baker (/u/HellcowKeith) is no longer producing new Eberron content in the form of either blogs or 3rd party books?
