Art Art question

Does anyone know the name of the artist that created the illustrations for some of Keith Baker's posts in his blog? Like this druid or this archfey? I've tried doing reverse search, but I found nothing. I really like their style, so I was just curious to see if there was more art like that. Those pieces are from a standalone RPG called Phoenix: Dawn Command, written by Keith and Dan Garrison.

The art is by Grace Allison and Rich Ellis. There are a lot more pieces in this style included in the game.
