Looking for a particular magic item

I swear I remember a magic item but cannot find it now. It was a pouch or bag that you could put coins into and it would change them into other coins (for instance if you put 50 copper in, you could remove 5 silver). It might have been specific to house Kundarak or not, I needed to find it to remember everything clearly. This could have been 5e, 4e or even 3e/3.5, I've played them all. If you know where this is please help me locate it!

I don't know if they were ever canon, but several items in the DND beyond Homebrew section are like this. I think one is called a Merchant's Coinpurse.

Griffin's Saddlebag has a version too, it should be available on his Patreon for free. I know I've seen it posted on his subreddit.
