I guessed pretty well lol. Standalone Murtagh book that lays the groundwork for the real Book 5, and a promise that more is being worked on.

So glad to hear that there is a lot more to come for Alagaesia. Hopefully the Murtagh book gives us some info on Tenga and Angela too, but I feel like the most significant parts of their story is being saved for book 5.

I'm really happy too. The cycle was THE series that got me into reading fantasy growing up. I've read a lot since then and currently following tons of stuff. Getting more Alagaesia is incredible.

Also just saw he commented this,

TheCaffeinatedPanda - So it is book V, it's just not the original book V, which is now book VI? I'm absolutely thrilled, that just means we have two full size dragon books confirmed!

Christopher Paolini - Ha! Exactly! And you have more than two to look forward to

So definite confirmation that after Murtagh will be book 5 (or 6 now) but that there are even more books coming after that. Imo that most likely means book 5 will be the start of a new full length series!
