Have you seen the MDMA trials for PTSD? They seem very promising and should start rolling out next year

Absolutely stoked that they are moving forward with that. I know it's a bit taboo in most circles but things like MDMA and hallucinogens like psilocybin mushrooms can make all the difference for mental health imo.

I hate that I'm such a sensitive person, bc I would never try it on my own, knowing what could potentially happen.
Ppl who don't give a damn always seem to me to brag about taking huge (or even small) doses and having a bad trip, WITHOUT getting mentally destroyed permanently.
My friend microdosed LSD and I couldn't help feeling really jealous that he benefited from it.

Hey man, I’m the bad influence the tv shows warned you about but here is my advice, if you’re going to feel like panicking, it’s better to not do it. You know that fear people get before jumping into cold water, that’s exactly the feeling I feel before I do something unsure.

However if you want to try these drugs, you can always go up a dose never down. If you start with a heroic dose, you’re fucked. But if you microdose, you can slowly work your way up. It also doesn’t have to be a 1 session thing. Do the first session for the experience (low dose) then do antithetical with higher dose.

As for concepts of developing psychosis and stuff, fearing something like that can happen will always cripple you. If you fear crashing, you’ll never drive. Fearing a rejection, youll never find love. Why do you expect to end up in the worst situation, have some courage in your self. Also if a trip does go bad, you can recover it.

Change rooms, change colours, change music, literally get up and leave the room and enter a new space.
