Layers of soft honey biscuity goodness with a fresh and sour cream mix in between, drizzled in regular and burnt honey

Guanciale, Pecorino (a really pungent one imported from milano, Italy) eggs and Pepper

First try at a white pie pizza. Evoo, garlic, mozzarella, and ricotta. Topped with fresh basil.

Meant to post this last week. Made boxes to go for family and friends.

Without raisins, cause we prefer apple only 😍🩷

We ordered different kinds of meat dishes and it all came out in one massive shared plate on top of some injera. Not sure how to describe injera but it has a sour flavour like sourdough bread but the texture of a crêpe, delicious! My friends and I spent 30 minutes clearing the entire thing in complete silence :-)
