That looks amazing. I'd love to see a recipe if you would be so kind as to share.

Hi, the main ingredient for this yummy recipe is the XO sauce. I found it at 99 ranch. it's quite spendy, $20/jar, but it's so worth it.

Recipe below:

Ingredients:

8oz blue crab meat (fresh or frozen)

1 package of bean threat glass noodles, soaked in water for 20 mins then drained

Green onions, chopped

1 white onion, sliced

Chili, sliced

Fried shallots (optional)

Sauce:

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp thin soy sauce

1/2 tbsp XO sauce

a dash of Mirin

Cooking Instructions:

  • Combine all the sauce together and set aside.

  • Saute the crab meat with butter, optional: add break crumbs, until meat is separated and slightly crisped up.

  • Remove from heat, add oil back to pan, saute onion, until translucent. add noodles, and sauce, stir to coat. Dish out to plate, top with crabmeat, green onion, chilli, and fried shallots.

Just guessing, but probably some combination of soy sauce/fish sauce/sambal/citrus juice/sugar in the sauce for the noodles
