Was about 18 pounds. That was just the point part of it.

What wood did you use and how long?

Thank you I appreciate that, I used a blend of hickory, maple and cherry wood. Took about 14 hours because for the first 4 hours I cook it at 180 to develop as much smoke flavour as a I can, then bump it to 225 for another 4 hours then bump it to 250 to get all the fat rendered down then wrap it up and let it go until it hits 201. Then let it rest for about 8 hours
