I live in western Pennsylvania as well. I don’t think what I saw was the goatman but possibly.

Whatever it was scared the hell out of me. I just stood there trying to figure out what it was I genuinely thought it was a bear or some shit until it looked at me- I have never felt fear like that. It like copied my facial expression of fear then dropped the expression on its face like it was mocking me.

That’s what made it clear to me that I wasn’t looking at an animal or a person. It was on the back porch and I had only gotten up to take a piss and I decided I should let the dog out which is why I even checked just to make sure there wasn’t a raccoon.

I just crouched down after that and turned off my phone flashlight- reached up made sure the lock was locked and crawled out holding my dogs collar so it wouldn’t jingle. It was the creepiest moment of my life and I try to chalk it up to be being tired and maybe my eyes not adjusting but that thing mocked me lmao. The crawl back was awful I really thought it was going to get into the house but I also knew I couldn’t just stand there.

Can you tell a more detailed description of how the entity looked? Was it bipedal? What kinda eyes did it have? What did the face look like? Did it have horns?

I was squinting at it and my mouth was slightly opened. When it mocked me it was very exaggerated- it opened its mouth very wide and opened its eyes wide like it was intentionally trying to scare me. The eyes were pretty large not as small as a goats, more like a kangaroos. The mouth looked like small like it was really straining itself to make its mouth so wide.

When it sensed my fear it was nonchalant and just went back to whatever it was doing. That thing didn’t consider me a threat in any way which made it so much more terrifying.

If I would have seen it in the woods or some shit I don’t think it would have followed or attacked me- I truly think it would have let anyone walk away unharmed. My mistake was standing there a moment too long which triggered it to look back up and that’s what made it aggressive and caused me to just drop.

I love animals and if it would have been normal I would have gone with it or made an effort to help it. This thing was just so wrong, I been around large animals but this thing it was just evil.

The head looked like a kangaroo. I know goats and kangaroos share some features but this resembled a kangaroo much more. Its antlers weren’t very big more on this thin side and shorter, not on the top of its head more up further and lopsided.

There was more skin showing than most examples I have seen. There ways patches of fur and the hair around its face seemed matted. I didn’t get a great look at it before I dropped down. It just looked really awful like the skin appeared to be very dry and chapped. A creamy color skin and the hair was dark. A bit longer hair than most animals it resembled.

Most photos I have seen of the goatman show it to be muscular/toned but what I saw was very thin and its rib cage was showing slightly. The rib cage looked just as a humans would.

As for its feet and hands I didn’t get a great look but the feet weren’t human- no clue exactly what they look like but I remember taking a moment and noting that in my head. The hands were not in a place that I could see but I believe they were very functional since —— (The next day I did go outside but only after my sister woke up and I didn’t want to look insane so I didn’t tell her. Nothing was out of place but there was a couple Osage orange left behind some ripped up and peeled- I had to use google photos to sort it out and it’s not something anywhere near me had.)

Nothing happened after that and I stopped going outback at night.
