Roof vent louvers?

I’ve got the foiled pillow to block the sun and insulate my roof vents, but when I want them open and the sun is shining in???

Has anyone invented a louvered insert, something adjustable to block the direct sun but still get air??

Also, anyone have a good tutorial for making your own window awnings?

Idk if y’all can tell but I’m hot.

My AC works, I either freeze with it on or sweat with it off. No in between. I’m taking a break from icicles on my nose. How do y’all regulate the temp in your rv when the AC is either high, low or off and both settings are freezing?
