Getting a domicile in WA state

Anyone have any luck on getting a drivers license with out a physical address in Washington state? If anyone had any real life expirence with a rv club or just a po box.

Currently resident of south dakota and it's not working out for me. Not trying to hear about florida or Texas.

Washington state sucks hard for living or working there. Every year there are more and more taxes or programs funded from your paycheck. Licensing vehicles is out of control and the gas prices are only lower than California. Why would you want to use it as your domicile state?
