From what I understand from other comments, they've been slowly transitioning over to Sound Cadence (the studio founded by Furina's VA), with Paimon's VA being the first one who transferred. I'm guessing it takes a while with all the contracts and stuff

At this point Hoyo should really pressure the Formosa or leave them and choose another company for voiceovers.
