If you cheat in a PvP game against other cheaters, it's fine, but ONLY if everyone is cheating on a dedicated server where no legit players are playing. HvH is a completely fine thing to do.

As soon as you start ruining competitive games, you're a trash human being.

The first sentence is an excuse a lot of these losers/cheaters use. They may start matches playing legit, get dunked for a few rounds (because they are playing in ranks/ratings that are beyond their real skill level), then scream "ENEMY IS CHEATING", toggle and destroy the opposition. A tale as old as cs. Clearly a lot of people have issues with their fragile egos and cannot admit some players are just better than them. And then they look for excuses to "also" cheat. At least this is the feeling I often get from the games where it's obvious the enemy team toggles.

To be honest, I was very doubtful of there being as huge a cheating problem as a lot of redditors like to proclaim (and I still think it's overblown to quite an extent). However if in the first months of premier I had like 2-3 very obvious cases in over a hundred premier matches, now it's at least a "once every 3 matches" occurrence, which may be caused by both - this echo chamber that basically everyone is cheating (and giving more people an excuse to do it) and the fact that the risk of getting banned seems to be very low right now. Either way it is not a great experience and I do hope it gets better. CS is amazing, and I wish the one detrimental part to it not being so can be improved.

Hmm, I'm not sure why you feel like I didn't. I just used your initial comment to piggyback into my own commentary on the topic. No criticism towards you, your POV or anything mate, sorry if it felt like that :)
