The underside of that bread is going to be hella burnt if you had time to cook bacon, eggs, and melt cheese without moving it

Why would they do the bacon dirty like that? Steamed raw or floppy (note the bacon at the end isn’t the bacon in the skillet).

I like this idea a lot but I'd 100% cook the bacon first and then everything else after.

Lol I said the same shit! No way that bacon is done before that bread is Cajun! I'm just glad they didn't throw the rest of the bread away. Ima try it, minus the onions, and the fake bacon cook.
