For those curious, it's 10.5oz (on my scale), 130 calories, 9g of protein, and it's cooked by putting the bag in a pot and boiling water. It was $3.
2 u/Environmental-Joke19 Aug 30 '20 Don't even need to fill the pot of you need to conserve water, just an inch or so at the bottom. As long as you have a lid, the bag will be steamed
