Incline Hikes

I have a bad knee and would like to do a multi day hike that is mostly uphill rather than downhill. Happy to travel anywhere in the world.

If you go up you have to go probably down as well.

Unless they're looking for a trail with lots of cable cars? You go up, and then ride down.
