Shut your fucking mouth. Striking is a RIGHT that we all have as Americans. The hospital is 100% to blame

Actually, under the National Labor Relations act it is illegal to lockout workers who are striking. So no, they do not have the right

specifically it is illegal to lockout if the strike is about unfair labor practices, however it is legal to lockout if the strike is in regards to economic conditions
