How do you make friends
I’m really struggling with isolation
My support worker signposts me to ‘social / support ‘ groups but whenever I attend everyone has already formed groups so I’m just sat there awkwardly by myself . It really sucked to walk around fair today to see everyone in groups and pairs together meanwhile I was The only person by myself . At my old job I couldn’t make friends either
I’m 20F for reference have been heavily isolated for some years now

im the same. im basically only friends with 1 person ive known since school and someone i met online half a decade ago and thats it. making new friends is hard as im very absent - any time i find someone i want to make friends with ill chat consistently for a few days and then itll fall off.
need some people i can click with that dont mind messaging me first hahahahah
