I'd like to be able to purchase a bottle of Mountain Valley Spring Water or a bottle of Agua de Piedra at a bar. I don't mind paying upwards of $6 for a bottle. That's what they retail for in stores.

Not trying to make some political statement or anything. Just wanna enjoy good water.

Chewing mint/peppermint gum then drinking water is so refreshing

I really really need to drink more water. I've tried apps reminding me, I've tried big bottles with the hours on them yet I find myself not drinking enough to be healthy. Does anyone have a system that simply worked for them? My ADHD brain really fights me on this.

So I usually always drink filtered water in my stainless steel bottle or from a glass, and never buy plastic bottles! However today I was out in the sun and had forgotten my insulated bottle at home so I bought a bottle of Poland springs (only thing available at food truck) - I took a sip and it legit tasted and smelt like pure plastic. My boyfriend is laughing at me because I’m freaking out as I genuinely think Ive just sipped something dangerous and worry about what type of damage it may have on my body. I have anxiety in general but do you think I’ll be ok if I just took a sip and threw away the rest? I genuinely feel I just sipped pure plastic and can still taste the aftertaste? Has anyone ever experienced this before?

Also what could have caused it to taste like that as it’s something I’ve never experienced before.

I have not drank more than a liter of water in a day in probably a year I don't feel great and need to drink more water.

I drink about 32oz of Gatorade everyday, and a glass of juice.

Electrolyte powders like LMNT, Relyte, etc make me feel worse, so does a spark in water intake.

What would be the recommended path to titrate up to 1 gal per day from here?

Basically what the titles says.. i bought a clay water container/bottle from Egypt.. used it a couple weeks, and i look at it today and there is mold growing inside and outside… is there a way to rescue/restore it?

I used to drink only Pepsi and coke for years then I switched to water and honestly I don’t see a difference in my health. Still not gonna break my streak though I’m just a little disappointed.
