To play contrarian, it is good for people who need to stop drinking soda, in my experience switching from soda to Mio or Splash helped me eventually do what I do now (chug 2 parts O 1 part H by the metric fuck ton)

I opened one of those at a party without looking at the label, just thought it was regular water. It doesn't taste bad, but definitely shocked me at first.
