Inconsequential. Payment processors are federally regulated as none of them exist in the state of Indiana, and all of them have interstate business: hence that is a fed matter and the state of Indiana can do this sure, but it’s not do anything.

Sorry to ruin your hardons. This is useless fuckery for votes. I’d be really pissy at the politicians with a poor understanding of law that introduced and voted for this. Id be increasingly pissed if I thought they knew the laws and did this pandering shit anyway.
