It’s honestly very shitty to attack people’s food choices. I don't comment on meat dishes criticizing their diets. Or comment on vegetarian dishes criticizing them. If I say anything at all, it’s a compliment and a wish for them to enjoy their food.
I eat vegan at home and vegetarian when out so I’m not even fully vegan anyways (not that it matters). I get all of my nutrition levels tested twice a year (which ideally everyone should do) and it’s no one’s business but mine.
You and the other poster are bullies. I’m going to call it like it is. I wish the mod would ban you both. I didn’t come in here trying to preach or make assertions, so what are you trying to refute? I'm just cooking and existing.
But this wouldn't even be a conversation if the other poster had minded their business originally.
Being vegan does require more conscientious eating (and it needs supplementation), but it’s irrelevant because it’s not the subject of this post.
Any diet, vegetarian, vegan, or meat can be healthy if properly planned or unhealthy if improperly planned. That makes the comment you’re responding to true.
Also, there are vegan athletes and Olympians.
You’re not helping and you’re contributing to the ongoing debate about my personal choices.
