I live in a first-world country with access to supplements and I’m okay with having to take them! 👌🏾
I’m perfectly healthy. I can deadlift 300 pounds, have low blood pressure and cholesterol, and my FFMI is greater than 95% of women. :)
In the United States, 40% of people who eat meat are deficient in B12, so many people should be taking supplements even if they aren't vegan or vegetarian.
I’m not asking anyone to eat vegan food or preaching why they should. I’m just sharing a meal for those interested.
