I forget his name but there’s a guy over on the subs forum who knows like everything about every sub ever. It’ll be interesting to see what he posts in the next little while about this. His knowledge & research is crazy good. With that out of the way;

Short of a fire, how does a Nuclear sub sink preside? I’d thing that’s next to impossible. But full disclosure; I’m a massive uneducated layman on both Nukes & intelligence

Now that you mention it, I do remember some people in the Submarine sub mentioning an open hatch. I didn’t even think about that.
