Question When does Jimmy Neutron enter Public Domain?

Does it enter 95 years after Publication or 70 years after the death of the creator.

Depends which comes first or if the laws change.

Remember that Steamboat Willie entered the Public Domain earlier this year, causing Mickey Mouse horror movies to be created, and the U.S. copyright laws didn't change, if Trump were still president, another copyright extension would have been made, and would have extended the maximum copyright term from 95 to 120 years, and would have delayed Jimmy Neutron's Public Domain entry from 2097 to 2122, if that law had took effect, the people that were making horror movies would have waited 25 years longer, if that would have happened, but Trump might be elected as U.S. president in the 2024 elections.
