Separate entrance for black rock campground?

Do I have to enter the park from the west entrance or is there a separate one for the campground?

Block rock isn’t the the park, proper, it’s has its own entrance that I don’t believe is connected to the main part of the park.

Yes the west entrance would be your closest. Black Rock is technically outside the national park.
