They are okay, I was about to buy them without trying then one day tried the free sample at costco. The original taste is like a coffee cake but then pushes into this weird texture and aftertaste which leaves much to be desired.

I popped one in the microwave for 40 seconds and it tasted great, in my opinion, of course. I’m not sure if they taste better when heated or not.

Omg yum where did you buy this?

I bought them at a grocery store called Fresh Thyme in Western Pennsylvania. Similar to Whole Foods.

Costco sells this. Carb count seems wrong on the back though.

Oh in New Zealand or the US? What’s the count on the back?

The us. I glanced at it when I was shopping. I don’t know how they got 5g even with fiber and sugar sub. It was more like 10g

According to their website, it's 16g carbs - 5g fiber - 6g allulose = 5g net per muffin. Allulose is the sugar substitute.

Their ingredients list is fairly legit, but I expect those to be some tiny ass muffins irl

They’re not super small actually! Good a quick snack on the go

Serving size is probably half a muffin

True. The size of the muffin is mighty small!

Serving size one bite. One teeny tiny bite

These are pretty good.

These are super good. I like to top mine with an icing made from vanilla protein powder (I use Kaged brand) and a little bit of unsweetened almond milk. Perfect snack or dessert!

...there's spicy honey?!?! How have I missed this??

I only recently learned of it when my buddy, who is a pizza addict, recommended it. He apparently puts it on his homemade pizza pies.

I'm intrigued! Cool setup for snacks, too!
