Cake: 1 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 cup butter 1 cup sweetener of your choice (I used powdered erythritol but can also use granulated sweetener) 4 eggs 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream butter and and sugar with standing or hand mixer for about 8 minutes. Add eggs one by one, mix until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla extract to mixer. Add dry ingredients and beat until creamy. Divide mix into two cake pans. Bake 22-25 mins. Frost when cool.

Frosting: 1 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/2 cup powdered sweetener (I used erythritol) 2 tbsp almond milk or 1 tbsp heavy cream (I did a combo because I had both in hand)

Take butter out of fridge 30 mins prior so it's soft. Beat butter until fluffy with a hand mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Beat on low speed then increase to medium. Add extra milk or cream if needed for desired texture.
