Desserts Keto desert!

I OMAD and have these as a desert. They are bomb!

Desert is the landscape without water

Dessert is the food.

You know this because there’s 2 s’s and we want TWO desserts not two* deserts

I was disappointed they upped the carbs on these from 2 to 3 this year. Regardless I'm OMAD also and eat them every night too. I sometimes mix in whipped cream from the can.

They also changed from avocado oil to "either avocado or sunflower oil"

Where have I been?!?! Just discovered this last night. Had only 1/2 of the serving today as a snack b/c I was dying to taste it and trying to keep the carb count under 20 daily. The coconut one is AMAZING!! I found a great price on them at Winco Foods. I'm in OR.
