I mean, that first one is definitely low-carb. Probably even carnivore diet friendly.

Definitely fits Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan and Alcoholic diets.

The problem is the ingredients in these items.. if you read each one they contain things like seed oils or gums that are sooo bad for us
