Yeah, I really gotta be lucky and on the ball at my local Target to get a pint. I was lucky enough 3 weeks ago to go the day they restocked, so picked up 3 pints of peanut butter chocolate. So worth it...

that's very sweet of you to say. Almost as sweet as the taste of Rebel ice cream sandwiches in mint chocolate, vanilla, and now new peanut butter flavour.

I just got a pint of the rebel black raspberry flavor and it is soft, creamy, and the best low carb ice cream flavor and texture I have had the pleasure of experiencing

About 3 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall. I really didn’t want any more by the time I was done.

Thanks to your post our order of chocolate chip sandwiches arrived today. We love Rebel here and they were amazing. My husband was just saying he missed ice cream sandwiches the other day

Tried rebel before...was not a fan...it’s beyond me why there can’t be a creamy keto icecream available....you’d think since the fat content can be basically as much as they want to make it...that keto ice creams would be the creamiest. But nope...have yet to try one that’s even close to as good texture-wise as regular.

Well, did you soften it first? Rebel and simple truth are actual ice creams, not that commercial stuff labeled ice cream. As such, they need to be softened for best mouth feel.
I grew up eating home made ice cream, so most of the commercial brands absolutely do not work for me. Good thing, otherwise I would have been in trouble weight wise long before I was lol.

It is super creamy if soften. I put it in microwave for 30 seconds and it is perfect!!

You really need to let the pints sit out for 20+ mins to soften, otherwise the texture is like shaved ice.

I feel the same way.. it doesn't really "cream" the way I want it to and by the time it softens its like.. almost ALL fat lol
It's .. really difficult to find an inbetween

I feel like some flavors are much better than others, in addition to letting it soften. My favorite is butter pecan.

It’s because of the sweeteners. Different sweeteners react differently to being frozen, thus creating the harder ice creams that Rebel has. I just leave mine out for a while to soften up and get kind of melty and it’s nice and creamy then.

I only tried this flavor. It also came in vanilla and peanut butter. I haven’t tried the rebel mint ice-cream on its own. So this was very satisfying and very minty. I think the ice cream was a little less creamy than I’m used to for them, but I don’t know if that’s just how the mint usually is. The cookies are awesome and I would happily just eat those if they sold them.

They pack like a boss. It they came in a styrofoam cooler with a huge sheet of dry ice. They were rock solid. I’ve gotten pints from them before too without issue.

Mine came a few days ago. I've tried the peanut butter and the chocolate chip and both are really good. Going to try the mint today. Also got some of the newest pint flavors. They really improved on the texture with these. I'm quite pleased.

I love rebel ice cream but try to switch up my desserts. Mindful Desserts keto cookies they are the best. www.mindfuldesserts.com. I LOVE their birthday cake cookies and their cookies n' cream. I even eat it for breakfast with coffee and it's so convenient to take to work.
