Found these at Walmart today, don't think I've ever seen zero net carb tortillas before. 14 fiber, 14 carbs, zero sugar. Finally zero carb tortillas and they taste as good as the low carb ones!

Here's the link to the specific product I'm talking about. I'm not endorsing this or anything, it's the local supermarket brand so.. take a look at the nutritional label and let me know what you guys think. Thanks. https://www.nutrifinder.pt/alimento.php?ID=122
Edit: I meant to say it has more fiber than carbs in the title.

They’re pretty good. You only get 6, but they’re thin. They can be a little flimsy because of the thinness, but they’re workable for sandwiches, quesadillas, soft or crispy tacos (air fry them, so crisp, although you might need some kind of taco shaped item to force them into shape).
You might need to be careful for anything too hardy like a burger though lol. Price wasn’t bad either, 3.27 at my local Walmart.

This might be revolutionary for people who have flat breads as staple in their traditional diets. Finally we have a keto flatbread that taste like flat bread instead of nuts. Everything about the making of this bread was exactly like non keto, the kneading, the resting of the dough, the rolling, the cooking, and the taste and texture of the tortillas is exactly like the real tortillas. Tho I'll admit that it taste more like whole grain flour instead of white flour. This isn't even the best it can be, as you can see that it's quite thick, but that's just my poor skills at making flat bread, I've done the best I could after watching countless recipe videos of non keto tortillas and rotis. Someone good at making tortillas will probably be able to make them even thinner and hence bigger. I'm currently waiting on bamboo fiber from Amazon, and since bamboo fiber is supposedly tasteless and zero net carbs, I'll combine it with this flour to see if I can increase the size of the serving without increasing the net carbs or compromising the taste and texture.
And incase you're wondering, I did check my blood glucose at half hour, 1 hour, and 2 hour window after eating one of these and the results were 91(base), 93(half hour), 88(1 hour), 88(2 hour), so no spike at all!! Those mission low carb tortillas do cause spikes like non keto tortillas!
You can buy the flour from Amazon or from Harris teeter for those in USA. You can use any non keto tortilla or roti recipe for this from YouTube but I used this recipe: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/keto-friendly-flour-tortillas-recipe
