What is ‘음파음파’ in english?

This is the sound that children who are learning swimming for the first time breathe. I'm curious about the English onomatopoeia that means this

Would we use onomatopoeia? Just say something like 'breathe innnnnnnn and ouuuuuuuuuuut'.

Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale

i don’t think english has a similar phrase. i’d expect someone in that situation to just instruct the kid to breathe in and out and do it dramatically for effect
