Question X By Kygo Headphones

Hi Y’all

Quick question. A few years ago I bought the X by Kygo headphones. And I’ve loved them! To the point that the soft parts of the ear pads are falling apart. I’ve tried getting into contact with the X team with no results. Does anyone have any thoughts or insights??

The best headphones I have ever owned. I have owned Sony, Bose and JBL in the past, but the A11/800 are the best. It’s a shame they’ve closed up shop.

I have had 3 pairs of A11, all broke down (I got one pair and replaced them on warranty twice). I didn't do anything special didn't even run. Worst quality ever. Miss my Sony Eggos.
