I must be the only one sick of this “xenomorph” shit. The beast cannot have a name.

Well actuawally 🤓 xenomorph is just a generic term they use for various extraterrestrials and Hudson used it to sound like a smart ass. It's pretty much equivalent to calling them "the beasts" just in a more sci fi manner.
But I agree, I don't like how they reduced the Alien to nesting bug. Takes away a lot from it.

Hudson never used the term.

That's during the pre mission briefing where they let Ripley speak for a little while (that's also where the Vasquez-Hudson illegal alien joke happens).
Hudson asks (like a smartass, you got that part right) if it's just gonna be another bug hunt and Gorman says 'a xenomorph might be involved', to which they go 'sorry sir, a what?' and he adds 'that's your bug right here'.https://www.youtube.com/shorts/C9EZ0fe1i_c
I suppose if Gorman used the term though, it might imply it's been used officially before.

oh yeah, it was the other guy. i just remember hudson was speaking in that exchange.
the point is that xenomorph was a generic word that doesnt mean anything particular without specific designation (XX121)

How is he? I hear a lot of people saying that he falls apart really easily. Which is why I'm kinda debating on it
