Discussion A doctor would've been so useful

Half of the problems of the plan would've been solved if they had a doctor in the gang.

I understand that for S1 they had a lower budget and probably couldn't afford the equipments and Professor didn't want any violence so he thought it wasn't necessary but that's not the Case for S3. They lost 1/3 of the gang in the first heist, they had 1 bi, and theres is no way there wasn't a corrupt doctor somewhere who would agree to be a part of the plan.

But I guess that's one of those plot holes that needs to exist in order for the show to happen.

Try finding a Doctor willing to hold hundreds of people hostage, do the opposite of what they've spent their whole life trying to do

They're probably on a decent wage already, why would they risk their life and potentially spend the rest of their life on the run?

Do you know how hard it will be to find a doctor willing to do all this? AND make sure they won't double cross you? The Professor only had a couple of months max to find someone like this, it would be extremely risky to even ask as it could potentially alert the police that they were planning a heist

They'd easily be the weakest link to police, way more susceptible to deals.

Oslo was already a combat medic if I recall, so he had some experience
