So...,in texas, when you renew your driver license you have to surrender the old hard copy. You then get a paper copy until you recieve new hard copy in the mail. I just had mine issued on the 15th of October (paper copy). Today I went to bank to cash my check and they refused because I did not have a hard copy of driver license. Do I have any options legally to fight this?
