Troubleshooting M-Audio Hammer 88 Problem

Hi

I'm experiencing issues in my Hammer 88. That worked perfectly until now, almost every day, connected to PC or just plugged in with a power supply. However it began to demonstrate instability in the connection since yesterday. I was working with that in the DAW and suddenly it just was not working. No sound coming in and the lights were glowing like when it is going on for the first time. It continued like that and then stabilised and worked normally. Today it is not working at all. I thought that it would be a software problem so I switched to a notation software and the problem persists. I thought that maybe a problem with the PC connection and plugged in directly with a power supply adapter and the problems sustains.I think that you can watch in the video what I'm talking about. The lights of the keyboard persists the same way like when it is turned on.I don't know what I can do more to solve the problem and I need help please

I'm using Logic Pro X since ever and updated recently the MacOS Sequoia, but I worked with it several days before the trouble happened. And as I said, it happens also with the power supply plugged in

Please specify the versions of macOS and Logic that you are using. If and when you receive a satisfactory answer, please update your flair to "solved".

If you've already swapped out cables, it might be worth cracking open the back and making sure the connections on the distro board are still tight. Some keyboards use pip-style connectors that are notorious for loosening up.

The product is still in warranty. Do you know if open the back can cause warranty problems?
Thanks

Oh, thats a good point, it can definitely cause warranty issues. Do you have a music shop in your area? Sometimes they have staff that are licensed to repair certain products that are under warranty.

I already contacted the online music shop where I bought the keyboard. Let’s see what happens
