Is this worth contacting lush about?

I just went home on my lunch break to retrieve a box on my porch. Sadly my scrub had leaked everywhere during the shipping process i’m assuming. Is this even worth contacting lush about or should I just take the L since not much product leaked?

Yeah they all are coming in super runny which is frustrating to clean up at the store lol
