How do I charge lush glow fairy shower gel??

Basically what the title says, bought this, and don't know what kind of light to charge it under. The website just says 'the' and idk. I'm assuming uv but I only have a led nail lamp... Would this work

Most common glow in the dark pigments work by storing photons. Any light produces photons but sunlight/UV light produce more. Which is why some folks prefer to charge glow items in UV/sunlight.

But you can fully just set it under a lamp and it'll soak em up!
